Clients have the right to cancel services provided by webmulticare, subject to the following conditions:
1.1. Project Cancellation Before Commencement:
If a client decides to cancel a project before Asharla has commenced any work, a cancellation fee may be applicable to cover administrative and planning costs. The cancellation fee will be communicated to the client based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation.
1.2. Project Cancellation After Commencement:
Once work on a project has commenced, the client is responsible for the cost of services provided up to the cancellation date. Any deposits or payments made by the client are non-refundable after the project has started.
1.3. Mutual Agreement to Terminate:
In some cases, both parties may mutually agree to terminate the project. In such instances, the terms of cancellation and any associated fees will be determined based on the stage of the project and the agreed-upon terms between the client and Asharla.

Refund Policy
Asharla is committed to client satisfaction, and our refund policy is designed to address specific scenarios:
2.1. Unsatisfactory Service:
If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided by webmulticare, the client must notify us within a reasonable timeframe, providing details of the specific issues encountered. We will try to rectify the issue initially. If client is still not satisfied webmulticare will properly and thoroughly review the concerns and, if found valid, may offer partial refunds or other appropriate remedies at its discretion.
2.2. Failure to Deliver Services:
If webmulticare is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services for reasons beyond our control, such as technical issues, client delays (such as but not limited to delay in approval, delay in providing required things etc.), or unforeseen circumstances, clients may be eligible for a refund of any payments made for undelivered services.
2.3. Non-Compliance with Terms and Conditions:
If a client is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement with Asharla, the client may not be eligible for a refund.

webmulticare reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for changes. By continuing to use the services provided by Asharla after any modifications to this policy, clients acknowledge and agree to the updated terms.
